I am sitting in a Room

I am sitting in a room is referencing a famous piece of art music of the same name in which a short narrative was recorded by the composer which was then re-recorded a number of times with an eventual diminution of the sound quality until an ambient sound is created.

This idea was applied to the concept of torture in which a series of people are sitting in a room as the apparent victims of torture or interrogation.

This series consists of six images each representing a word in the title. The images represent a multiplicity of figures expressed in visually metamorphosing or evolving terms, thus resulting in an intention or theme of universal suffering or victimization in the context of torture or interrogation.
